The folks working here were cordial and we loved its touristic location. Non-smoking, elegant room with a large bed. Service was really courteous, that made the hotel classy place.

I enjoyed the central location, particularly nice view, exquisite rooms. The staff were eager to help at any hour and was extremely polite from morning till night. The restaurant was good and served amazing food. The pool was great and I had cool drinks in the poolside bar.

We think it's an amazing base for staying in Bath. The location is just next door stores and a grocery store...

pizza hut, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. our queen suite was big and had a mini-kitchen.
